Principles - Core Beliefs – (Ephesians 2 and 4) One God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit One Hope – Living Eternally with God
Living Word is an independent Christian Bible-based Church. Our church is being built upon the foundational teachings of the Bible and simple faith in Jesus Christ as the cornerstone that connects, builds up and guides.
God’s Desire, Our Need
God desires everyone to be in a growing and transforming relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Yet everyone isn’t born that way and the sins in our life separate us from God, deadening our lives.
His Action
That is why God became a living human being in Jesus Christ. His perfect life, suffering, death and resurrection make it possible to restore our relationship with God and be saved from this condition and situation.
Our Response
We believe that we are saved and given a new relationship with God simply by the grace of God through the gift of faith in Jesus Christ. We understand that this new life and relationship is given in order for us to passionately follow Jesus, to grow into a mature Christian and do what fulfills His purpose for us in life. We follow God’s Word alone as our only inspired, perfect source and guide for faith, principles and living as Christians.
The God of the Bible is the only true God. He is one God in three persons (Trinity) – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
